Our hands tell many stories. When you meet someone, you shake hands. You comfort someone with a gentle touch on the shoulder. Hands wave. Hands fight. In this dance workshop, your hands lead the way. Will you join the dance?

Through movement, you let your hands tell a story. Guided by Amaryllis, you explore — while dancing — the possibilities and boundaries of your own body. Through the freedom and joy that dance can bring, she encourages you to be fully yourself.

By focusing on your body, you give your mind a moment to rest. You don’t have to think — you simply move. In this way, you can step away from the pressure of everyday life.

Do you think you can’t dance? That’s perfectly fine. Everyone can join — simply by moving, in all simplicity. Amaryllis helps you discover your own unique “dance language.”

Practical Information

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We dance without shoes — in socks or barefoot.

• Solidarity fee: €17 (Choosing this option helps keep our activities affordable and accessible to everyone — a warm and supportive gesture.)
