About the Event

Do you want to discover how to save money by regularly reviewing your bills and keeping up with maintenance? What are the unspoken rules of being a good tenant and neighbor in Belgium? When is the fruit from your neighbor’s fruit tree rightfully yours, and when might you be considered to be taking it without permission?

Niels will address these topics and more during his insightful workshop.

The presentation will last about one hour, followed by 30 minutes for questions. Everything will be conducted in English.

About the Speaker

Niels is an experienced real estate agent, having worked in and around Leuven for the last 7 years. He also has extensive experience from working in the banking branch (insurances, house loans, etc…). A Belgian with a good sense of humor, he can tell you everything you didn’t know you need to know about housing.
