What do you need to know when renting a flat or house in Belgium/Flanders/Leuven? During this online info session we will cover the basic need-to-knows about renting.
Practicalities
It can be a challenge to find a new home when you first arrive in Belgium/Flanders/Leuven. The system may be different than your last country of residence and the process can be overwhelming at first. BUT don’t worry, we are here to help!
What to expect
During the webinar, a local Real Estate agent will cover all the basics about renting, such as:
- how to search for properties
- the role of real estate agents in Belgium
- different types of insurances
- rental deposits
- bank visits
- disputes
- and much more
The presentation will last about 1 hour and we will foresee 30 minutes for questions at the end. Everything will be in English.
